Our Red tail Chardonnay is our first in many decades. As with all of our wines it is best enjoyed with lunch or lighter dinner fare. It is not "oaked", it is not "big". It is fresh with light citrus fruit and a pleasing finish. Perfect with a Hudson Valley cheese plate, grilled chicken, scallops, and  fish dishes.
