A dessert station will feature various strawberry delights along with Hudson Valley apple crisp topped with Cascade Mountain Winery’s own Heavenly Daze dessert syrup.

Widely acclaimed singer, songwriter, and musician, E’lissa Jones, will kick off Friday night’s entertainment followed by the legendary Advanced Phunk, featuring Steve Ide, Bobby Mcveety, Ram Miles, and the Berkshires’ favorite horn section. Fireworks, in celebration of Cascade Mountain’s 40th anniversary by Legion Fireworks will begin at 9:30 pm.

Cole Quest, Woody Guthrie’s grandson, will lead everyone in a tribute during the show. There will be a Woody Guthrie exhibit in the winery for the entire month of July.

Saturday's farm-to-table fare will be prepared by Cascade Mountain Winery’s newly appointed Executive Chef, Maria Laura Quintero, owner of MuchaChula, Amenia’s outstanding boutique catering company along with Donna Hanusik, a Chef at Cascade Mountain's Restaurant. In addition, lobster will be served by Lobster Craft (tickets must be purchased online, in advance) along with BBQ, wood-fired pizza, and grilled vegetables.
